to-do-go and Clubs

In smaller volunteer organizations it is often difficult to keep all members informed, and even harder to coordinate them. In particular, the barrier is great for those interested in entering a club, without knowing whether it fits in there at all.
Again, to-do-go can be helpful. After all, an association can easily be entered as a sphere in to-do-go and members can be quickly invited via a circular mail.

There is Always Something To Do

In a club, even the smallest tasks can become big challenges. If a light bulb has to be exchanged in the clubhouse, you have to first think about getting a replacement, remember to take it with you the next time, and then you may need a leader and a fraud-free club member, because you do not dare to head for the ladder climb and work overhead. Surely there are other club members who could do that, but they never think or do not even know it. So even a trifle can drag on for weeks.
to-do-go first helps to neatly record this small stuff and make it accessible to all members. In a future update of to-do-go, there will also be the ability to specify responsibilities to signal "I'll take care of it". With this expansion, it will also be possible to plan helper lists for events, or to coordinate who will bake which cake or bring waffle dough: just sign up for one of the tasks as a responsible person.

And Much More

In an upcoming update of to-do-go we will also introduce public areas for clubs, such as a mini homepage where clubs can present themselves and can also be found via a location search. Through this page interested persons can simply apply for a guest access to the to-do-go area of the association. There you can define which categories the guest access is allowed to view, restricted to pure reading rights. For example, upcoming to-dos could be presented publicly, minutes of meetings or plans for the next club festival. This way, a guest can see if what he sees there is appealing to him, and if so, with just a few clicks, he is a member of that to-do-go area and can get on board directly.
